Delivery and deployment

Whether you order 5 or 105 medical carts of any type, we can make their arrival smooth and event free, no matter which carts you bought or who you bought them from.

Delivery Assist Services

For a small service fee, our Delivery Assist Services (DAS) cover every order of five or more carts. We know the brands and products your hospital uses. DAS includes:

  • On site within 72 hours of the carts arriving
  • A 10-point acceptance inspection on every cart
  • Unpacking, and organizing the carts by group, type or department
  • Taking away all packaging and waste from the dock
  • Telling everyone about any freight damage, or confirming delivery
  • Assembling all accessories and parts
  • Testing and starting up any on-board power systems
  • Delivering each cart to its department
  • Scheduling and expenses

Rollouts

From one department to a hospital-wide refresh, our vendor-credentialed team stages the carts, delivers them to the floors and makes sure staff know how to use them.
